LIVE! Stronger 1.0 is designed for the individual looking to simply get STRONGER. Including the main lifts of Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, LIVE! Stronger 1.0 will guide your through appropriate progressions and variations that will help you blast through sticking points, pesky areas of weakness, and blast you through any plateau to realise your lifting potential.
Suitable for the beginner lifter (less than 1year experience), intermediate (1-3years experience) and more advanced (3-5+ years experience) due to its variability and relative 1 Rep Max percentage guidelines; this program utilizes everything from Barbells, Dumb bells, Kettle Bells, Bands, Cable Machines, and plain open space. Also included are a complete schedule, warmup and cool down protocol, and helpful instructional cues for the bigger movements.
