Ingredients:
- 2 cup Fairlife milk
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works great)
- 1 packet sugar-free pudding mix (choose your favourite flavour)
- 2 Oreo cookies
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
