I have nothing but amazing things to say about Alfredo. He helped me losing more than 20 pounds, but that is not even the best part, he always kept the goals realistic, was very patient and understanding and he was always so pumped to hear even the smallest progress I made.
He also made every session a learning experience, explained everything what my body was going through which helped me so much understanding my process.

I don't even know where to begin. Alfredo and I first connected after I found his business on Registered Dietician of Canada website. And boy did he hit all of the needs I had been looking for.

From dietary needs, and strength training routines Alfredo really helped me change my body composition while also teaching me that I can still incorporate the things I love into my fat loss routines. Teaching me about the foods I was eating, proper diet techniques I was able to find or make an alternative dish that really suited everything I wanted to have while maintaining to sticking to my script.

Even after I got pregnant and had to put my training on hold for a while due to recommendations. He sat down with me gave me dietitan advice and exercise advice that suited my changing life and needs until we can connect again.

Taking control of my health was easy with Alfredo's help. They took into consideration the foods I liked, some dietary restrictions I requested for comfort, and responded throughtfully to my goals. Would highly recommend Alfredo, went from horrible pain on a daily basis due to IBS and struggling to  hold a job due to needing days off to now having a job, being pain free.
Alfredo helped me systematically strip down my diet to a few items that were safe then over time rebuild it and add more items into my diet and alternatives.

Alfredo is an exceptional coach. He gets to know you and understand you in order to help you reach your goals. I came to his services with a considerable amount of knowledge about diet and exercise. He still was able to work with me for some of the best results I have ever had.

Our son worked with Alfredo for nutrition goals as an athlete. He plays AAA hockey and as his mom I found it didn't matter what I said, it was best when he heard from someone else. Alfredo has an excellent way of connecting with his athletes and teaching them what they need to know to properly fuel their bodies and accomplish their goals. I've been working with Alfredo for a 1 year and a half. During this time his support, advise and guidance has been invaluable. When we first started I was obese, struggling with depression, binge eating, had PCOS and insulin resistance and as my husband and I strived to start a family, I felt lost and overwhelmed on where to begin! Alfredo worked diligently with me, teaching me the value of protein, supplements and nutrition but it went deeper than that - he taught me how to cope in public situations, at restaurants with my friends, when work was stressful, at parties, at cottages - we worked through each one of those scenarios so I could learn how to be successful everyday. Alfredo's scripts were truly an anchor in my journey, something for me to adhere to and follow - we even had a sleep script! More importantly, when I felt overwhelmed he never gave up on me and still reached out. Since then, my PCOS symptoms have diminished, I have reversed my insulin resistance, my sleep has improved as has my relationship with food - and we are now expecting!
