Late Night Snacking & Weight Loss
You are trying to follow your weight loss program. You have a plan and you’re sticking to it. The problem is you really enjoy a post-dinner snack and you are worried this is stopping you from accomplishing your goals. Can your late-night snack be the reason for your weight loss plateau?

If you are the type that enjoys a post-dinner snack and wants to lose weight, you can certainly do this
“So how do I do lose weight and enjoy a snack?”. You plan out your eating schedule. You eat fewer day time calories and then you eat some of these calories before bed. Bam. You maintain a calorie deficit and you will continue on your weight loss program journey.
“But I am doing this and it’s not working”
Then you are:
Not reducing enough day-time calories. Calorie surplus
Your evening snack is higher in calories than you thought. Calorie surplus
Your too restrictive during the day and unleashing a ravish cupboard spree of high-calorie treats and sweets before bed. Also contributing to being in a calorie surplus. See the pattern here?
