Description
Our registered dietitian follow-up assessment is our monthly check-in appointment. We use this time to determine your progress, create the next block of programming, and answer any questions you may have. We offer a hybrid of nutritional services, both in-home and online to maximize resources and to ensure you receive the level of care and support required to become successful.
For clients who require and prefer additional treatment time but don’t need another registered dietitian follow up assessment at the time, a fantastic alternative is our accountability check-in calls. These weekly calls can be completed online or over the phone, are quick (10 minutes or less), and are the perfect way to maintain consistency within your program.
An amazing feature of our registered dietitian follow-up assessments is our education sessions. Depending on your needs and goals, providing information and education on specific topics can be beneficial for you. Knowing what to eat, how much to eat, and how to prepare the foods required for you is a powerful skill. These skills will be developed by completing our registered dietitian follow-up assessment.
During this appointment, we will complete a series of tests. These include body composition testing and anthropometric testing. It’s very important that the nutrition program is providing a means to re-shape your composition and contribute to a healthier baseline.
The Registered Dietitian Assessment must be completed prior to the purchasing of this nutritional option. This is the perfect option for those who are currently working with our sports dietitian remotely and have completed their nutritional programming phase.
